Local churches offer a wide variety of youth and adult educational and fellowship opportunities, music ministries, preschool facilities and support self-help groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Women-Infant-Children programs. First United Methodist Church, Imperial Bible Church and St. Patrick’s Catholic Church each offer weekly services in Spanish. The local Ministerial Association supports the Chase County Pantry service, which provides food items and other essentials to distressed families.  The Pantry is open two days each week and is housed within the city office complex.  Food drives are conducted by numerous service organizations and support is strong with donations of food items and financial contributions.
