Purchase this item to register your dog for the year. Registrations are due May 1 of each year. To register your dog, please purchase this item and complete the necessary form with your dog’s information. You will also need to email proof of your dog’s current vaccinations to tylerp@imperial-ne.com.

Price includes shipping. Once all of the information is received, we will mail your pet license and dog tag to you via USPS.
